Kia ora my background is grounded in Te Reo Māori me ōna Tikanga. I am a student and teacher of Te Reo Māori and would like to share with you our beautiful indigenous language and culture. In amongst that, I've got some habits that I'm trying to breaks, so I thought I'd use this blog to track my progress in 1) dropping 10 kgs over the next so many months, 2) stopping smoking and 3) cutting back on my drinking....so if you want to joy me in my journey whilst learning te reo Māori, wonderful..

My to do list....
So I've stopped smoking since three days ago...10 March 2012. Yaya...now lets see if I can stop forever. I will use this blog to plot my progress...so yeah I have a few habits I am trying to break...
1) I am smoke-free, I am a non-smoker,..yaya..
2) I need to cut down on my drinking habit - from now on, no more wine.
3) I want to drop 10 kgs...
I'm not asking for much....lets see how I'm going in a few weeks time...
